We are commercial, property and business lawyers located at Tweed Heads South. We practise in both Queensland and New South Wales.
We like to build enduring and long term relationships with our clients. As such, even if we act for you only once, or on many occasions, we consider ourselves to be your lawyers.
This means we encourage our clients to telephone us if they have a question about any legal matter whatsoever, even if it does not relate to a current matter they have with us. If the nature of the enquiry means we can provide advice over the phone without having to undertake any particular legal research, we do so for our clients at no cost to them.
In fact, we welcome these enquiries from our clients because we know that our clients are our business, not an intrusion upon it. If we are unable to assist with any enquiry we are usually able to refer our clients to a lawyer or other professional who has expertise in the area of law the subject of our client’s enquiry.
